1. What is your return policy?
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL!
We offer store credit only within 10 days from the date you receive it. We do not offer refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed and all original tags must be attached.
For returns (store credit):

Locate the order # for the item you want to return
Click Create A Return
Enter email and order # and follow instructions
Do not send item(s) back until you receive a return authorization.

You will need to return at your own expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within the 10 day policy. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time--Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you. Orders online can not be exchanged at the stores. We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order. We also encourage you to use priority shipping through the PO, it is the least expensive way to send items back. If you are unsure how to mail an item back, the PO is happy to help you with the best way to ship it back.
No exchanges or store credit on "sale" items. All "sale" items are final sales!

**Once we receive the return, we will issue a store credit that will be sent to your email address. You will apply that code at checkout and it will deduct your store credit from your total. We process returns the same day we receive them.
**In order to keep inventory correct, we are unable to process exchange requests. We only issue store credit.
**If you return an item that was rejected, we will notify you. You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to you. After 30 days, if arrangements haven't been made, we will donate the item.
2. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available in the following denominations:$10, $20, $40, $50, $100, $200
Once the gift certificate is purchased, The gift certificate will be sent to your email address. You can customize the look of the gift certificate.
TFTS is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates, we will not re-issue them if lost or stolen.
Gift certificates expire 5 years from date of purchase.
3. Is ordering at teeforthesoul.com secure?
Yes! Our site is secure and encrypted. We keep your information private.
4. If I place my order today, when will it ship?
We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends. Once shipped, you will receive tracking info and should arrive within 1-3 business days. Please feel free to contact us with any further shipping questions.
**Once an item leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. You will need to file a claim with your local PO if your package shows "delivered" or if it is lost in transit.
5. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping costs will automatically be added to your order and can be viewed during processing. We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. We only ship priority mail through the United States Post Office. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us to arrange. There is an additional charge.

Yes ~ we do not offer free shipping on international orders. Please do not select "free shipping"
8. How do your sizes run?
We strive to offer "true" sizing. There is specific sizing info for each item on the website in the product description.

10. What type of credit cards do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted and Pay Pal.
11. Washing Instructions?
Refer to the instructions on the garment tag. DO NOT dry any garment with crystals.

13. I received a damaged item. What do I do?
You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you received your item. Please send an email and pic of damage to firstname.lastname@example.org ~ we will not accept any damaged claims after the 3 days. We do not guarantee jewelry, washed items, worn items etc... ~ no exceptions will be made. The damaged item needs to be returned within the 10 day policy period or it will rejected once received.
14. Can I use discounts on sale items?
No, sale items are not able to be further discounted.
